So I was playing csgo for a while then my pc decided to shut down suddenly.

I tried to turn it back on hard disk activity light does not blink every fan is running on cpu graphic card etc.

Display wont show and power button wont shutdown.

Solution
With this little data, there is no way of making a definitive call. We can only go by likelihood and generic/unknown PSUs are at the top of the probability list for systems that randomly quit working.
CPU: Amd FX 6300 black edition
Motherboard: asus M5A 78l usb 3
RAM: 8 gb hyperx new
GPU: Gtx 1050ti 4gb
PSU make and age: foxin FPS 800 new 1month old
OS: windows 8.1

It wont turn on so cant use any software i am noob at this stuff please bear with me

Foxin? If that isn't a typo in the PSU brand, never heard of it and that's probably your problem. Get a decent quality PSU like a 520W Seasonic S12-II which can often be had for less than $40 instead of random generic brand of unknown quality which are usually junk if not outright fire hazards.

PSU was the problem got a spare for my pc it turns on properly now. Thanks for taking out time to help me. Have a nice day
