Hello, I have had a computer with these specs:
CPU: fx 4100
GPU gtx 760
PSU: AXP-500p12p
MOTHERBOARD: forgot sorry
RAM: DDR3 corsair 2x4G
Windows home premium 64 bit, genuine ofcourse.
That computer would have an issue where it would crash almost instantly in almost everygame, some games were fine some not. I decided I had to get new pc as I literally tried everything I could for fixing ''kernal mode driver'' issue...

I bought new motherboard, new GPU, new CPU wich is following:
GPU: asus gtx 970
CPU: amd fx 8350 black edition
MOTHERBOARD: M5A97R2.0
The rest is still the same.
Things I have tried: uninstall nvidia drivers, using program to delete nvidia drivers and doing clean install again.

went to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\ GraphicsDrivers] and
made file TdrDelay and set value to 60.

Changing 3D powermanagement to max preferable in nvidia control panel as well as vertical sync to off.

unplugg and re plugg hardware ( even bought all these new parts problem still remains )

Doing completely clean install of windows using this method https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hZivYMA2qRA

Tried swicthing out the cable for the graphic card

Checked temp's its fine. ( no overclocking )

Tried to close nvidia experience and control panel while starting game

Also note i bought a PSU as well corsair RM650 wich im waiting to arrive at monday. The current PSU is very bad and old, think getting new PSU might fix the issue?

I probably missed some things I have tried.. Here is a dump file analyze
