Decided to run a Full Scan on my computer after not doing one for awhile. As the title suggests, when I run a Full Scan (or a Custom Scan) my PC just shuts down. No error message whatsoever.
Using Custom Scan I've narrowed the shutdown to two different drives: My C: drive and my G: drive (my Media drive). The quickest it's shutdown was 1min and 50sec in with the longest being 3min and 5sec - roughly 200k - 270k files scanned.
I've used both BitDefender and Malwarebytes and both have turned up nothing. I ran a chkdsk command on all my drives multiple times now and yet the same thing continues to occur. Quick Scan works just fine, btw, but FS and CS will resort in a shutdown. This is an issue I've never had before.
