Question Pc shuts down after 1 hour (Windows 10)

So about 2 weeks ago my computer randomly started shutting down and I wasn’t sure why. I have looked online at possible things it could be, and i have even reapplied brand new paste for the cpu and gpu. I have tried a bunch of other methods as well but none have worked. It’s been working fine for over a year and now this just happens, very weird. Even when I’m just sat on my pc watching videos it’ll shut down after an hour.
