Pc Shuts down after a second

Just took my GPU out and now my Pc shuts down after a second, if I take the 24 pins in and out it will turn on for a second. After the third try a little spark went off. Will this have damaged my CPU of GPU? HELPPPP

It's possible , a spark is always a bad sign.

Well I took it all apart, put it back together in 5 minutes. And WOOP WOOP!! Started up. Must of been a really bad connection or something.
