PC shuts down after heatsink upgrade

Hello everyone, I have just upgraded my heatsink to a thermaltake contact 30 and after ai plugged in my power cord into the psu, IT automatically booted up, it made a been two times then shutdown. I really need some help 'cuz I am freaked out. Thanks.

May have it too tight in a corner or side, try loosening it and snug it back down...Might also check and ensure DRAM is all fully seated and nothing came unplugged (and cooler is plugged in)
