Question PC shuts down after I attempt to wake it up from Sleep Mode

Just built a new PC and I'm having some trouble with getting my computer to wake up from sleep mode. When I put the computer to sleep (or after an hour of inactivity and the computer goes to sleep), when I attempt to wake it up, the PC starts to wake up but then the entire computer shuts off. I was curious if anyone else has had a problem like this and what they did to fix it. I wasn't certain if it's a motherboard issue or if it's an operating system issue and a setting I need to adjust.

I think I got it to work better after doing something I found online and typed into the CMD prompt, but for reference:

• CPU: AMD 3900x
• CPU Cooler: Noctua Chromax DH-15
• PSU: Corsair RM Series RM750 Gold
• GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 2080 Super
• RAM: G.Skill Trident Z Neo 3600 (16CL)
• MB: Aorus X570 Master
• HD: WD SN750 1TB Black
  • Samsung Evo 860 1Tb 2.5 SSD
  • Seagate 2TB 3.5 HDD (7500)
