Pc SHUTS DOWN after startup but starts normally the second time I turn it on.

Hi, my PC started to shut down a few seconds after I turn it on. But the second time I turn it on it runs normally and without problems. It's always like that, the first start up fails but the second runs normally.

This started to happened after I updated it to Windows 10. I don't know if this has something to do.

Specs: Intel I5 4690, PSU XFX PRO 650W, 8GB Ram, Asus Gtx970.

Does it happen every single boot? Sometimes this comes from windows updates.

Hi, It happens in the first boot, the second boot runs normally.
