My PC just shuts down itself and back on and off and on..... up to 5 times constantly.
event viewer shows kernel-power and distributedCOM errors.
I think either the PSU or motherboard is faulty, maybe both.

I tried OCCT vga/psu test and it turned off after 10 minutes.
It did not crash but turned off. like in this pic.

My specs:
gtx 1060 3gb
FSP Hydro GE 550W
Gigabyte Z370P D3
2x8 DDR4 RAM

Is 550 watt not enough or it has just gone bad.
Should I buy a new PSU?

Thank you in advance.

Hey there,

Yes, it points to your PSU. Your PSU is a solid one as far as I can see. That doesn't mean it won't fail, or isn't failing. You could bring to a local repair store, and get them to swap out PSU and test, to be sure. Then you can make a call on getting another. If the PSU is still under warranty, you could look at RMA'ing it.

Hi!

Thank you for your advice. I had the psu checked(12 days in 3 different PCs), turns out it's functioning perfectly.
The best option maybe to buy a new motherboard?
