PC shuts down at random moments :(

Hi guys, my computer shut down at random moments. Wen i play a game like Block N Load or Fortnite my computer shut down but also when im listining music and searching on the web.
Sometimes my pc shut down when im starting a program, so i think its a problem with my ram.
Or its a problem with my cpu because its too hot, i think the temp indicator is wrong on the management programs but idk.
I hope you guys can help me solving my problem.
I happends once a day :/

Operating System: Windows 10 home 64-bit
CPU: amd A8-7600
Ram: 4 GB single-channel ddr3 804 MHz
Motherboard: MSI A78M-E35
GPU: GTX 1060 3GB
Storage: 1TB hhd
125GB ssd
PSU: 400 watt coolermaster

Random restarts and shutdowns are a pretty common issue with dying PSUs. CoolerMaster doesn't have many good quality model lines, not sure any of them include a 400W model, you'll have to be more specific.

If temperatures look fine, which they probably are since seriously high temperatures would lead to severe thermal throttling before an outright restart instead of everything seeming normal until the restart, my first guess would be PSU.

Well, 87C would certainly qualify as far too high for idle... or even full load for that matter unless OCing. The only way that can happen is if the HSF isn't correctly seated on the CPU.

Yeah i think its not the real temp, but i think i really need to upgrade my PSU. So i gonna buy a new one.
My pc is around 3,5 years old. I keep upgrading it but i haven't upgraded my psu yet
