PC shuts down during booting

I have HP Envy 15 with AMD A10-5750M APU with Radeon graphics and 8 GB RAM. I ran Win 10 without a problem for at least a year and several days ago, while booting system BSoD appears and PC goes into restart loop. I tried booting from USB with various versions of win 10,even win 8 and either during boot I get blue screen or pc completly shuts down. I installed Ubuntu 14.04 and everything works, but as soon as I try to boot win from USB pc shuts down. Please help!

Windows does not use hardware in the same way as Linux. Linux loads very "light" and so can at least boot on defective hardware.

Check your PC for dust, loose cables and other obvious things.
Blow it out (canned air).
Remove and re-seat your cards.
Remove and re-seat your ram.
