Question PC shuts down randomly after startup

specs:
1070ti
ryzen 5 1600x
550w gold power suply
2x 8gb 3000MHz DDR4 ram
NZXT Kraken x52 water cooler
SSD drive 200GB

Just recently I moved my pc to a new home in the car. After setting it up i founds that it now does not seem to be able to successfuly boot without shuting down at a random time.
Once I turn the pc on it boots up like normal however at a random point usually 1 min or less after booting, all lights turn off and the computer instantly shuts off sometimes im able login and other times it shuts down before im able to login.

after doing some digging I was able to discover that immeditately after turning the pc on my cpu temperateures were reaching levels of 70-80+ degrees celcius . I was also able to notice that just before the computer shuts down all the fans begin to get faster and louder.

I realise that this i most likely a problem with my cpu cooler but after checking it out it seems alright and sounds like there is water being pumped ect.
in need of some help and guidance on what the issue may be.

The usual thing to do after carrying a PC in vehicle is check all components and connections are pushed fully home as one or more of them may have become loose with vibrations whilst in the moving vehicle.
