Question PC shuts down randomly and then restarts ?

Hello everyone, I built a pc about 9-10 months ago, and it restarts randomly. I already did an RMA thinking it was a faulty PSU, but I was wrong. I'm not sure what the issue is. I changed the ram in the ram slots, and boom, my pc works for about a week without restarting, and then when it does happen, I swap the ram out to fix the problem. Can someone tell me what the problem may be, the mobo or ram?? or is it something else??

System specs
The power supply is - (Phanteks AMP 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply) its also made by Seasonic which I heard is pretty reliable.

I checked everything you told me to everything is secure oddly enough my pc is working right now no shutdowns, but I know it will happen again.
