Pc shuts down randomly due to RAM incompatibility

hey guys

I'm having this problem with my pc since I built it when it shuts down randomly and I can start unless I cut the power off completely then turn it on and start the pc. I think the problem is with the rams since I bought ones that arent compatible which I didnt know before I bought them because Pcpartpicker said I'm ok with this build. anyways I changed some of the settings in the BIOS to increase the freqency of the rams and I didnt according to Ryzen calculator and I'm still having this problem. what more should I do ?

Unlisted modules in the QVL doesn't necessarily mean it's incompatible, just means the motherboard manufacturer hasn't tested it on that board.
New RAM modules are being released every month, motherboard manufacturer can't possibly keep pace and test all of them.

So what do you suggest I should do? If it's not the RAM then how can zi know where the problem is?

Hi,
Random shut downs more related to faulty PSU or Motherboard, rather than incompatible RAM.
Have you checked the your wall outlet is not causing the issue?

I would suggest doing the following steps,

1. Check that your hardware is not overheating -

2. Update system BIOS

3. Try temporarily replacing power supply.
