hey guys

I'm having this problem with my pc since I built it when it shuts down randomly and I can start unless I cut the power off completely then turn it on and start the pc. I think the problem is with the rams since I bought ones that arent compatible which I didnt know before I bought them because Pcpartpicker said I'm ok with this build. anyways I changed some of the settings in the BIOS to increase the freqency of the rams and I didnt according to Ryzen calculator and I'm still having this problem. what more should I do ?

this is my build btw :

CPU AMD RYZEN 7 2700X
M/B: ASUS ROG Crosshair VII Hero
GPU: GeForce GTX 1080 Ti
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB
SSD: SAMSUNG 970 EVO M.2 2280 500GB
Monitor: Asus ROG SWIFT PG348Q
PSU: Gigabyte 650 Watt
Case: NZXT H700i
Keyboard: Corsair K70
Headset: Corsair VOID PRO

Hi,
Random shut downs more related to faulty PSU or Motherboard, rather than incompatible RAM.
Have you checked the your wall outlet is not causing the issue?

I would suggest doing the following steps,

1. Check that your hardware is not overheating -
https://www.cpuid.com/downloads/hwmonitor/hwmonitor_1.36.exe

2. Update system BIOS
https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/ROG-CROSSHAIR-VII-HERO/HelpDesk_Download/

3. Try temporarily replacing power supply.
