"The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly." - Event Viewer - Kernel Power 41

Hello guys, so I need help... 4 months ago, I got a new MB and CPU which i Installed successfuly, but, after that, PC started to shut down randomly. Sometimes it works whole day or even doesnt shut down for 10 days, and then shuts down 3 times per day until it starts to work normally again. I am not sure what should I do. Maybe PSU? MB? I checked RAM already with memtest, stressed CPU with prime95 and others... so only 2 options are PSU and MB, but the PSU is pretty new/ like 7 months old and MB is 4 months old... eh...

Rig: I5 4460
Nvidia GTX 950 ASUS STRIX
PSU: CM Thunder 600W
MB: ASrock B85 Anniversary
RAM: 2x4BG Kingston HyperX

Thanks for anyone who'll try to help me. :)
