Peladn gtx 1660 ti

cooler master 650w gold
Cpu temp stays around 60~65 C, power draw upto 120 W
Gpu temp stays around 60~60 C, power draw upto 118 W
I've seen that psu can handle the power spikes but still the pc shuts down randomly. I mostly play Rainbow six siege (1080p , high).
I've tried changing the gpu slot, changing the pcie power cable, limiting the power of gpu to 60% in afterburner. After reducing the game settings to low, resolution to 1600 x 900 the Gpu temp dropped to 50 C, power draw to 50 W. Similarly Cpu temp dropped to 55 C, power draw around 50 W. However, the problem still exists and the pc is again shutting down mid game. Sometimes I can play 1 match, sometimes 4 match. The problem occurs only while gaming.
Is the problem with my Psu or Gpu ? Or some other component entirely? What should I do?
