Hi, My pc was having a problem where I would run at 100% cpu usage while only playing one game with discord/chrome open and the next day it would shut down randomly after 5 minutes of loading into windows and then reboot itself to repeat the same process until it reached the Troubleshoot options screen. I could not figure out how to fix it so I made a USB with Windows and did a clean install, only to have the same problem.
I tried installing Windows on a new SSD, with no change. I am currently running MemTest86 in the Asus Bios and have had no errors and one pass after a little over an hour of it being running. I recently build this PC for gaming/streaming purposes about a month ago and have had no problems until now. Does anyone know what the problem could potentially be, or how I could diagnose it? I’m considering bringing the PC in to Micro Center later this week if I’m unable to figure this out with the help of this forum

CPU: Intel i7-11700k
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3070 FE
PSU: 650W Corsair
Ram: Team Vulcan T-Series 16gb
