[SOLVED] PC shuts down when opening multiple programs ?

I recently upgraded some of my hardware and am having trouble debugging why my system keeps shutting down. I can get it to consistently shut down if I open both Unity and Thinkorswim at the same time. I am currently running:

Gigabyte B550 Gaming X
AMD Ryzen 7 5800x
Coolermaster ML280 AIO
Gigabyte RTX 2070
4x G.Skill F4-3200C
Corsair AX860W

I've tried running Furmark and prime95 at the same time and my temps don't seem that crazy, 90C for CPU and 69C for GPU. It will eventually shutdown after 10 minutes or so, but the temps are fairly stable (+/- 2C). I ran memtest86 and all the tests passed. The PSU I have had for a few years and did not have this issue before upgrading the mobo/ram/cpu. I am planning to swap out the PSU for another when I can get access to one. Any other suggestions on what I could try?

Solution
Did you reset CMOS after swapping in the new components? Also, did you do a clean install of Windows?, (strongly advised with new motherboard.) And finally, do you know what BIOS version your motherboard is on?
As suggested I reset CMOS and updated my AMD drivers. Now it seems my failure mode has changed. I can start both programs without shutdown, but had a shutdown while playing a game.

I forgot to mention I did a fresh install of windows 11 when I swapped hardware. I had two shutdowns immediately after starting my PC today, right after the Gigabyte loading screen...

So I installed a new game that would consistently cause a shutdown immediately when launched. Not that it matters, but the game is F1 2019. Once I had a reliable way to reproduce the issue I swapped out the PSU for a Seasonic GX-850 and still had shutdowns. Then I swapped out the GPU for a Radeon RX 590 and the game launched just fine so it looks like that is going to be my next upgrade. Before I bite the bullet and purchase a 3070, is my logic sound? It's a relatively new GPU, purchased around 3 years ago... although I do use it heavily for ML.

For anyone who runs into the same issue. The solution was to update my BIOS. I had tried swapping to a Nvidia Quatro P4000 and was still seeing shutdowns so I tried messing with different configurations of my ram. 2 was okay in either channel, but 4 was causing shutdowns. I was talking to a friend who had similar issues with his ram sku being unsupported in his BIOS version.
