PC shuts down when playing any game.

hey friends ,
I am having a problem of my pc shutting down when playing some games at mid settings
my pc is----
intel core 2 duo 2.93 GHZ with stock fan and heatsink.
4gb trancend standard RAM
250 w PSU
intel DG41RQI mobo

I dont have a graphics card and run games on integrated graphics

the chipset heatsink does get really hot but all other parts are really cool and awesome

PLS help me trace the problem !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
