My computer is shutting off without any warnings, mostly when I run a game and sometimes when I'm watching YouTube and it seems that the problem is when PC is under heavier load.

I tried with a different GPU and the problem is the same. I also tried by plugging the GPU in a different slot and the problem is the same.

Sometimes I can run a game and play it for a bit and it shuts down after some time, but other times it shuts down as soon as I run the game; and the same happens with stress tests.

Specs:
SSD: Samsung 860 EVO 250GB
HDD: WD Green 1TB SATA3 64MB WD10EZRX
RAM: CRUCIAL Ballistix Sport 8GB (2X4GB) DDR3 1600
CPU: AMD FX-Series FX-8320E BOX
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-970A-DS3P
GPU: SAPPHIRE Nitro R7 370 4GB
PSU: SL-Series SL-700A

Your PSU looks like a low quality unit and this is typical of a psu problem. Your psu is only rated for 500w across the 2x12v rails so the 700w rating is false, this is the type of thing they do with these low quality units.
