[SOLVED] PC shuts down without warning when under heavy load

My computer is shutting off without any warnings, mostly when I run a game and sometimes when I'm watching YouTube and it seems that the problem is when PC is under heavier load.

I tried with a different GPU and the problem is the same. I also tried by plugging the GPU in a different slot and the problem is the same.

Sometimes I can run a game and play it for a bit and it shuts down after some time, but other times it shuts down as soon as I run the game; and the same happens with stress tests.

Do you have any recommendations for good PSU for this system?

FX processors run hot and will throttle or shut down in a heartbeat.
What is your case?
Try taking the case covers off and directing a house fan at the innards. I bet that will help.

What is your cpu cooler?
You might need a better one.

R7-370 needs only a good 450w psu.
I might go stronger with something like a 550/650w Seasonic focus:
