Recently built a PC over the last few weeks and everytime i turn the pc on, the fans/cooler start to run but then it turns off and restarts and then goes to windows, it dose this every time and idk why. At first i thought it was fast boot or the boot order. I tried everything, changing ram channels, changing the order of ssd in sata ports. Tried using the other cables to power the ssd and switching ssd the operating system is on.
I think it might be the psu, i do get a load noise when i start to play anything, but i only been playing WoW so idk why a 750w psu couldnt handle it. I heard that the noise it makes isnt a problem.
All the temps seem normal , using nzxt CAM i see around 35-45 cpu and GPU is 35-65

Asus prime x470 pro
16gb corsair vengence 3000hmz
750w Evaga 80plus PSU
2 SSD
3 be silent fans
