My pc shut off randomly on me and won't boot back up. I checked just about everything. The psu is still getting power to the system, the gpu came out and still no response, every wore was unplugged and are plugged, and even tried different sockets in the house. After about 2 hours the system booted only to shut off again after another 35 minutes of use only this time when a drivers update appeared I clicked it. The only problem is I built me system a little over three weeks ago so I don't know what the problem is. I have a fx-6300, asus m5a78l-m usb3 mobo, gtx 950 from msi, ki gston ram, wd hdd, and a corsair cx430m psu. Please help!

I'll suggest unplugging the PSU from the power cord then press and hold power for ~30 seconds. Plug the PSU's power cord back in, attempt to start then. If you're unable to keep the PC running after doing that, I'd suspect the PSU as a primary culprit (the symptoms fit)

It's either temps, or the PSU.

On the one hand, sounds like temps as it will turn on again after a while. Monitor temps with AMD overdrive for your CPU.

That being said, you PSU is low-low quality. I have the CX750M, and I'm just waiting on it dying on me. It's likely not able to provide consistent power, and doesn't handle increased heat well.

Do you have another PSU lying around to test initially? I'd definitely look to replace that sooner than later.
