PC shuts off randomly

I have been having this problem for about 3 weeks where my PC will shut off instantly and randomly. My IT friend has replaced the PSU temporarily and I have tested the GFCI outlet as he told me to do. He said it could be related to GPU if not PSU, I am so confused on what to do. Just today the PSU was replaced and when I got home it would not turn on. Later in the day it turned on for 10 seconds then shut off.
