For the past while my pc has randomly just locked up and then shut down and I am not completely sure what part is going bad. My ssd severely underperforms with basic task such as downloading games and even spikes to 100% usage and an average response time of 10,000ms while downloading a steam game with a read and write of 100kbps to 20mbps. My motherboard also gives an error with the usb controller and the rgb cannot be controlled anymore and at this point I am at a loss of what I should do.
The cpu never goes above 52 degrees the gpu sits at around 60 degrees.
I do not get a bsod or an error.
According to crystaldiskinfo my ssd does not get over 33 degrees. Not sure if that is normal. Tried downloading a steam game on it and the download did not get faster than 30mb/s. My hard drives outperform in steam downloads for reference. I also ran windows memory diagnostics tool and no problems were found.

ram: 16gb corsair vengeance 3000mhz
