[SOLVED] PC Shuts Off Unexpectedly & Restarts

Hello, My PC shuts off unexpectedly and restarts. It happens at random times, No games were opened. The problem started today. Any solutions ?
Last time i swapped a power cable that won't power up my monitor
SPEC :
Motherboard : ASUS P5G41C- M LX
Processor : Intel Pentium E5700 3.00 ghz
Graphics Card : MSI GT 710 1 GB DDR 3
Hard Drive : WD Blue 7200RPM 500GB
Power Supply : Alcatroz 225S Magnum
Ram : V-Gen 2GB DDR 3 PC 10600 1333 mhz
Samsung 4GB DDR 3 PC 10600 1333 mhz

normally its the PSU that has had it you need a new one over time they degrade.

Could the power cable cause the pc to shut off unexpectedly ?

use occt and test psu if it does not hold on stress test for about 10 min replace it also note the voltage of it before and in test .
