Hello

I have a rx580 dual fan, 650w gigabyte power supply and i7 10700k. Recently ive been playing battlefield 2042 and everything works fine. Ive check GPU temperatures while playing and usually its 65 - 70 celsius. But when i close the game, temperatures start to go down, 60, 59, 57... 55... and suddenly, around 55C, the computer stops responding, shuts down and reboots.

What can it be? Thank you

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

650w gigabyte power supply
Gigabyte have a number of 650W PSU's in their portfolio, which one do you have and how old is the unit in question?

Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:

Include the BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time. How are you cooling the processor in your build? include the fans used in your build and their orientation.

I7 10700k
8gb ram
480gb ssd (don't remember brand)
Rx580 8gb oc asrock
Gigabyte p650b
Durathon2 h510h6-m2
Windows 11
Generic chasis
4 fans (2 from GPU, 1 from CPU, 1 from PSU).
Monitor hp n246v

At the top, the PSU fan sends air down, at the "middle", the CPUs fan sends air to the left and at the bottom, the GPUs fans send air downwards. I've touched the GPU with my hands while playing and I can barely touch it, it gets really hot even though MSI afterburner only marks 70c.

Fans are at 100%.
