[SOLVED] pc shutting down after starting up certain games and turning back on

I got a new power supply and plugged everything in and now when i start up league of legends the game runs fine and my pc doesn't turn off. But when i start warframe or world of warships my power supply fan and other fans go to max and then the PC shuts down and turns back on. If i don't run any of those games the pc runs fine and doesn't shut off like if im in google chrome and watching YouTube its fine but those games shut it down.
I have a rosewill photon 1200watt power supply and a msi gtx 1070 gaming and a intel i7-7700k with a h100i-v2 cooler.

Monitor your gpu and cpu temperatures when you use these games. Fans reviving up to max and then pc shutting down may indicate a cooling problem.
