PC shutting down itself again and again please help!!

Hello friends
I had AVG anti virus in my PC but I mistakenly uninstalled it , and my PC started showing problems .
Now when I start the PC enter the password and as soon as I click on any icon on desktop home screen, it shows a thing like "Do you want to create a shortcut for Far cry 3, my computer" etc and shuts itself down.
As I have many family photos in the library section which are saved in C drive I DO NOT want to format my PC please help!!!

Have you tried booting to safe mode so you can install a virus program
