Question PC shutting down on it's own while gaming.

Whenever im 5 or 10 mins into any game , it would shut down on its own. i do install exploits , could it be that the exploits were viruses that infected my comp?or could it be that my PC is overheating? Please leave some suggestions on how to fix this issue!

You're on a laptop. What is the make and model of your laptop? an SKU would help us two fold. You might want to see if you can get into BIOS and remain there indefinitely. Use HWMonitor to see what your temps are. Shoot us a screenshot of what you see after the system boots to GUI.

If you're suspecting overheating, then you should be able to tell by toughing the underside of the laptop or placing your hand on the venting area to see how hot it is.
