Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS version information.

PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition?

"NetBT" - NetBIOS over TCP/IP (NetBT)

What is your systems current network configuration?

Starting point for what you can do/try is to reinstall the applicable network adapter drivers.

Manually download via the manufacturer's website. Reinstall and reconfigure as necessary for the host network.

psu rmx850 2 weeks old

Also I just checked my event viewer I got this
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Looks like a psu issue or cpu overheating?

Why or what was/were the reason(s) for replacing the original PSU?

Did you mix and match cables between the old and the new PSU?

Double check all connections within the case to ensure that all are fully and firmly in place.

Especially those regarding the new PSU.

this motherboard? https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B450-GAMING-PRO-CARBON-AC
Ryzen 9 5950X
16gb ram
PSU - rmx850
what are rest of parts?
what case/cooling?

restarts don't always point at psu being cause. If you see Event 41 (63) its the result of a restart, not the cause. Windows just records it was restarted unexpectedly.

Does it happen any time or in games?
What temperatures are you seeing?

Yes. Got
