So this is the system spec:

PSU: Seasonic Platinum 460 Fanless
MB: AsRock z97 Fatal1ty professional
CPU: i7 4790K @ Default cooled by BeQuiet! Dark Rock 3
RAM: 32gb ram 2133mhz
GPU: Gigabyte gtx 980 G1 Gaming @ default with last nvidia drivers
SSD: Samsung 840 PRO 512 gb

I build this system one week ago.
I bench and test the system before start to game with AIDA 64, furmark, unigine heaven and so it's ok.

First game GTA V res 2560x1600 Very high quality, 16xAF, 2xMSAA and FXAA enabled. Stable 50-60 fps, only 3 times in randomly situation, in maybe 2-3 hours of gaming, i have instant shut down of my system with a reboot after 2 sec.

Second game the wicther 3 res 2560x1600 settings are Ultra quality with AA enabled and Nvidia Hairworks disable 55-60 fps stable. First scene of the game the hall with the naked girl and start the trial of the game. I can remain in the hall how much i want and go around, nothing happen but just i go to the outside balcony with beautiful panorama, instantly pc shutdown with a reboot after 2 sec, and this happen EVERY TIME i go out in to the balcony.

I did a log in this situation. and there are the last value registered before the shutdown

CPU: Total CPU usage 21%, Temp0 37°C, Temp1 34°C, Temp2 34°C, Temp0 38°C
GPU: Total GPU core usage 99%, Total GPU Power(% of TDP)65%, GPU Temp 64°C, GPU power 195.338W,
PSU: Total Load 260w, +5v 4.992v, +3,3v 3.312v, +12v 12.096v

I don't see any kind of Temperature problems or energy leak problem. I don't know what see anymore :\
Before start to replace any single part to test, what can i do?

Thank you

Oh man, I just looked at your psu. That is way under powered for your build. You don't have enough power delivery to run your system under load which explains the crashes. I would suggest getting at least a 650w psu.

Here is a link to a psu that will do you perfectly: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438059&ignorebbr=1

Because your build is new if you play your cards right you may be able to return your current power supply so you don't waste money.
GtaV is notorious for that issue. The game has a RAM leak so it will continuously use more and more RAM until your PC has none left and it crashes. I suffer from the same issue and what I've found works best is to monitor ram usage while you are playing and restart your pc when it get's to 90% or so. For me it takes at least 3 hours or so to reach that point so I don't have to do that very often, only in extended sessions. It's a sorry excuse for a fix but It is the only one I have found. Some do not have this issue and it seems to be random on who it affects.

it's not a ram problem i check GPU Ram usage and System Ram usage. Barely 60% for the fisrt, 19% for the second. I also checked System ram with memtes86 and all it's ok
