Pc Shutting Off completely, randomly

My computer keeps shutting down entirely, as though there's been a power cut.

I've checked Temperatures - All fine and running at recommended temps

I've Updated all drivers

I've looked at motherboard and psu voltages, and from what I've read, there okay, I'll attach a picture of them anyways as its possibly them

The PC will just completely blackout at random times, and can switch on again immediately and then switch off or switch back on and stay on for awhile- it's absolutely random

CPU: I74970k

GPU: GTX 1070

Mobo: Msi Gaming 5 z97

RAM 16gb HyperX

PSU; 700W - unsure of brand, i've completely forgotten where i got it from

Storage: 1TB Hard Drive + Samsung 850 Pro 500gb SSD

Cooler: Corsair H80i Water Cooler

OS: Windows 10

Sounds typical of a psu problem and in that screenshot the 12v rail is out of spec.

This is possibly going to sound incredibly stupid, what do you mean by out of spec?

Your 12v rail should run within 5% of 12v, so lowest being 11.4v. Yours dipped down to 10.8v.
