Question PC shutting off randomly ?

I was playing Rdr 2 then my pc shuts down randomly, when i try to restart it the screen is gliched and the pc restarts, finaly working. Can anyone help me because it happend in the past aswell with other games, even gta san andreas.
Butt is pretty random, and crashes usually are months apart.

Specs:
Cpu: Amd Ryzen 3 1200
Gpu: Biostar Amd radeon Rx 560
Ram: biostar 16gb 3200mhz ram
Motherboard: Msi a320M-a pro max
Pc case: aqirys canopus
Psu: Njoy Woden 650W

From your description of the problem and the fact it’s a no name brand I would suspect the psu.

However let’s check other things. What are your cpu and gpu temperatures when gaming?

My gpu temps on more demanding games are from 65 to 70 degrees
While my cpu at most are 40
