PC sleeps but wakes up right away

Everytime I sleep or turn pc off it will turn back on until I sleep it again then it's off until I wake it up. It showed a 04 code on sleep and shut down. I have Windows 10, i7 6700k 1080 ftw v2 and 32gb of corsair vengeance ram. Anyone know a fix?

Also it's a asus Maximus viii hero alpha board.
