Pc Slow After installing Windows 7

So. Basically, After formatting my hard disk(using dban), I fresh installed Windows 7 Professional.Now my mouse movement it feeling weird(and cannot scroll) and i cant install any drivers with any usb or DVD RW drive...I dont have internet either..can someone help me??


My specs:
Intel g4400
Psu: old headway 450w
8 gb crucial ddr4 ram
WD 1tb hdd
120gb kingston hyper x ssd
Gt 730 ddr3 2gb
Motherboard: msi h110m pro-vd

So you installed a base image copy of windows 7?

if you had windows 10 installed use the windows media creation tool to make a new copy of windows 10 for you. windows 10 when you do the install qhw nit ask for the oem code hit skipped it pull it back in. if you did not go up to windows 10. you need a program like 7 lite to make a new iso image with all the new mb drivers installed or do a custom install and install the chipset and Ethernet drivers.

I used a genuine copy of windows 7 which i bought and installed via a DVD RW drive
