[SOLVED] PC slow, but not sure what is slowing it down

I have a problem with my SSD, When I installed it, it seemed there was no noticeable speed increase, And it seems like I have decent specs but this is my first build and I was wondering if I could tap into the vast wisdom instilled within this forum.
CPU: AMD Ryzen 1600
MOBO:B450M Micro ATX Am4
Case fan x2: Silent wings 3
Ssd: Addlink S70 512GB
HddInstalled first)Seagate Barracuda Compute 2 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Case: Darkflash DLM 21 midtower Case
Memory:Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory
GPU:MSI GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER 6 GB VENTUS XS OC Video Card
PSU(Power supply?): EVGA BR 450 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
And the computer runs windows

Yes but whenever I boot it up there are two discs/drives and I can choose from 2 or 5, I always choose 2, but not sure what would happen on 5.

test the ssd and unplug the hdd

But also it seems like my computer could be faster and overclocking seems to self-reset, I feel as if the AMD-Ryzen 1600 was a budget choice and am considering upgrading
