So i've had this usse for awhile but it recently got way worse.
In the rest of the house all devices have around 25-30 download speed and around 10 up. On my pc, however, the download doesnt go above 3mbit/s and usually around 2.
I have tried bothj with wireless donger and with powerlink, and both generate about the same results (take or give). Considering there is no notable difference between the two, it makes me think it is infact my pc that does it.
I've read about it and apparently there is one program called AMD quick stream that tends to do this. Problem is that i have NVIDIA and dont have this program.
My question is, could it be any other program that does the same? Could it be a hardware issue?
PC specs:
Geforce gtx 670
Intel core i7 3770 (3.4ghz)
16 gb of ram
