Question Pc slower with new cpu

I just upgraded my cpu to the i9-9000k, it seemed to work perfectly fine at first, but now on the second day it is running a lot slower, can't even open opera without a 10 minute wait time. Please help.

850W psu
1tb & 4tb hdd

What is the cpu usage while opening something?
What are the idle temps?
