PC Slowing down after a hour or two

Usually when I start the comp which boots on solid state drive it works pretty fast, but after two to three hours it acts really slow and I have to restart. I figure the cpu is working too much or my PSU isnt enough which is bummy. Here is my build :

My first guess would be thermal throttling. You have a lot of heat in there.

What do your temperatures look like?

CPU Temp: 32 C
MB Temp: 28 C

Does the re-start cure the problem for another two or three hours?

Yes it does, I haven't been gaming recently but it did when i played DMC on ultra for a hour and a half, then i tried to open metal gear rising which never really finished loading and screen was skipping. After restarting I was able to open it quickly and play as usual

That probably rules out heat. How full is your SSD? SSDs need 'garbage collection' to remain efficient and when 80% or greater full can start to bog down.

Are your scratch or temporary files going to the SSD?

Checking the status of my HDD (Crucial ssd) it came up as healthy on my motherboard bios

It's not exactly a fault in the SSD, just that it could be so full that it's efficiency and speed have been reduced.

Previously written cells must be erased before they can be rewritten with new data. If the SSD is forced to reuse cells rather than use new ones while storing data, performance will plummet.

To avoid this problem with NAND flash memory, modern SSD controllers use a number of tricks, including building in extra capacity that users can’t touch—a technique known as over-provisioning. There’s also a command called TRIM that tells an SSD when blocks of memory are no longer needed and can be consolidated and erased.

How exactly could I check if it is reusing cells rather than new ones?

How full is your SSD? How many GB used out of those available?
