PC Slowing Down And I Need Help

I am wondering what is going on with my PC because when I first got it 2 months ago it was fast as can be but now it is slowing down. I have been making sure that both my CPU and GPU doesn't go over 60 degrees Celsius. So I don't know if it was something I downloaded or what but I am opening up to suggestions to make it go fast again. Here are my specs if that helps any -
CPU - Ryzen 5 1600
GPU - Asus GTX 1060 3gb
RAM - 16gb

do you have benchmarks that prove that the system is slow or is it the "feel" of using it that makes you think its slower?
whenever I think my system is slow I use my brothers for an hour and mine is again a speed demon.

I would open up an application like Spotify and it would be opened up in a few seconds and now it takes almost half a minute and whenever I start up my computer it stays on the bios screen for a good couple of minutes to get to the sign in screen and before it would take like 10-15 seconds to switch between screens.

program opening is slow? this is indicative of a hard drive issue. if the drive is slow loading windows would take a while too.
Try running some diagnostics on the hard drive, the manufacturer should have the software available on their website.
try changing the SATA cables and ports too.
