Please help I just finally built my new pc I had a tough time figuring out what goes where but I finally figured out everything I read the manuals and everything is in the right spots except the fans I only had one adapter to the fans so I plugged I think 3 fan plugs onto each other and into the adapter to my mobo and when I turned my pc smoke can from the top where the fan control system is like where you can control the speeds of the fans I investigated and saw that that chip was burnt a little I completely took out the fans I have a a nice cooler on my CPU in the meantime but I need to know what you guys think about me trying to turn it on again without those fans on I unplugged them completely and took them out so I know that was the problem what are my chances of me messing up anything else if I turn it back on and do you guys think that anything else got messed up or was it just that chip I just hope my mobo didn't take a hit
