PC so Loud

PC is being stupidly loud idle i went onto speed fan my temps are in this Imgur link https://imgur.com/V6YIlmZ not sure whats going on. The temps are low which is good however having a PC next to me being that loud gets really annoying just want it to be at temps it was before and not have the fans so high. I moved the speed up and down didn't see a change in temps is there something wrong with speed fan registering my commands please help thanks.

Also been thinking i need a some more thermal paste applied to my gpu and cpu and give them a good clean out hope to soon.

Did you configure SpeedFan when you installed it or are you running it as is? Since without configuration, you can't change fan speeds.

In any event, go to BIOS and change the speeds of your fans from there. It's much easier and you don't need to configure BIOS to change fan speeds.
