ive been having an issue where all the lights revert back to the default rainbow, fans stay on, keeps a video output, i can move the mouse but it wont respond typically it happens when im away from my PC but i think thats just a coincidence since it frequently does it during use there is no pattern to it and ive done all the troubleshooting i can find short of reinstalling windows,

SPECS

CPU: ryzen 3700x
GPU: gigabyte rtx 2070 super
MOB: ASUS prime X570 pro
RAM: 32gb tridentZ RGB 3200mhz
PSU: seasonic focus GX 1000watt 80+ gold

This:

"respond typically it happens when im away from my PC "

Look in Reliability History and Event Viewer for any error codes, warnings, or even informational events that occurred while you were away from your PC.

If there does not appear to be any logged problems then start troubleshooting by disabling all power savers, screen savers, etc..

at first I thought it was a kernal power issue but I didn't get anything in event viewer or reliability history that raised any red flags, I reinstalled windows so ill see what happens
