Was just watching a video when the video's image suddenly froze. Tried reloading the page, but the page never managed to load. Tried loading a different page, but it also did not load. Tried loading multiple other things such as task manager and troubleshooter for my network, but they also never loaded.
So I guess my PC was stuck in some sort of "soft freeze," as I was still able to move my cursor. I also was not able to restart my computer without doing a hard reset, simply pressing the power button did nothing.
Any idea what may have caused this? Or any tests I can run? Event viewer is showing nothing.
