So when I wake the PC up from sleep it will restart itself instead of resuming from where I was, strangely only occurs sometimes and I dont know what triggers it, I was wondering if its some sort of PSU issue but thats strange because during normal operation or even during intensive loads like gaming I never faced any issues, no crashes no bsods no nothing.

My PC Specs-

Intel i9-9900k, EVGA 3080 XC3, 2x16gb RAM, 3x case fans, 3 ssds and 7200rpm hd running on a 650W 80+ gold PSU

If anyone can suggest anything that'd be great

Solution
thats most likely ram issue, during sleep data are stored inside ram, which gets into low power mode, if theres issue with ram in s3 mode, ull get pc reboot
try disabling XMP profile in bios settings, if sleep issues gets resolved then your ram settings needs to be tuned up
or u can try s4 sleep mode (hibernate)

ah i see, will see how that works thanks! What RAM settings would I need to tweak with in that case? Sorry never messed with RAM since its very minimal effect for Intel
