Pc sometimes gets to the Beep when turning on but no further.

PC powers on and posts as in it gets to the beep and then loops, but never boots sometimes. If i restart, it will turn on properly.

My pc is fairly new so i don't think i should be experiencing any issues like this.

here are the parts.

CASE: NZXT s340
GPU: Founders Edition GTX 1060 6gb
RAM: 16gb of Corsair corsair vigilance ram
CPU: i7 6700k + Corsair H55 CPU cooler
MOBO: Gigabyte Ga-7170xp-sli
SSD1: Some older 256gb Samsung drive that was given to me
SSD2: Sandisk Ultra 2 500gb
HHD: WD Blue 1tb
PSU: Evga 850 BQ (Almost brand New and the old one worked fine wanted a modular one)
Wifi: TP-LINK Archer (Sadly i don't have Ethernet going to my room)
And a few cosmetic things such as Leds and cable extensions

Ill check. its on the old ssd btw. And its not every time i boot up. only like 1/10 times.
