PC sometimes making a repeated beeping noise while running.

Recently, I installed an EVGA 1070 ti GPU on my windows PC. Now sometimes while my PC is running, it will start beeping and stop abruptly. I was wondering if someone could help me determine the source of the beeps and what can be done about it. I have attached a video of the beeping noise.

Does it happen when you open programs and such a things?
Do you have installed speaker on the motherboard?

It seems to happen at random, not specifically when I am running any program. I also don't believe I have a speaker on my motherboard.
