Quite an irritating problem with the PC, I've done some research and its mainly shown up to be the factor of googles inbuilt flash and the system flash. But that does nothing.
The issue itself is that when I use different stuff on my PC it all has different scales of volume, i.e I should only have to have it on 12/100 (the volume) as I have when using spotify but when using chrome any sound that comes from it I have to change the volume to around 25-30/100. This is the same for using Skype and this causes a lot of problems as I have to adjust the sound for everything when using these different applications at the same time. Most games are normal and work on 12/100.
I have a Razer Kraken 7.1.
My mobo is the Asus ROG Maximus VII Gene and I use the inbuilt sound card.
