Question PC Sound Problem But Can't Fix

My PC has no sound after being turned off for 4 days. After that there was no sound. I have enough settings knowledge to Fix but nothing works. After that I took help from YouTube but nothing works. Also on Internet, I have done everything to fix my Sound issue. Now I think it is a problem with my Motherboard. Because I also Reinstalle Windows in My pc so there is no chance to b a problem of Software and settings. But Sound is coming from my Monitor output, but that is very low so I never use that from th beggining.
If I buy a USB sound card will it get fixed ? Because I don't know what to do now. It is my exam so I can't go to repair shop as they are too slow and they will tell that it will fixed after 7 days. But I need My PC for Education. Please Help me
